Process Dryer Controls
GSI Process Dryers feature industrial grade NEMA 12 operator controls. The controls are PLC based with an LCD touch screen interface for ease of operation. Circuit breakers and motor started are mounted in a separate NEMA 12 MCC. Controls panels can be mounted in the fan house or remotely for your convenience.

Cutting Edge Controls
The process dryer control panel uses a RTD sensor in the warm air plenum and a PID program to maintain a constant preset temperature. This temperature is selected via operator input and is variable in 1 degree F increments. The controls are self-diagnosing providing the operator with text messaging.
