Swing-Away Hopper Augers GSI's Swing-Away Hopper augers feature rugged 14 gauge galvanized steel auger tubes and heavy duty 7 gauge 8" (203.2mm) and 10" (254mm) flighting for extended wear. All flighting is teflon coated to reduce weathering during shipping or storage and is approved for food grade applications.		Center Drive Augers -------------------- Top Drive Augers -------------------- Dura-Edge Flighting Powder Paint Coated Components All GSI undercarriages and painted parts are powder coated for durability and long life. Head Cap Head caps pop off giving relief if the discharge becomes clogged. Flexible Bucket Spout As an option, the flexible bucket spout helps reduce damage to bin, spout, and auger tube when repositioning the auger and is available in 3' (.914m) and 5' (1.52m) lengths.

E-Z Glide Hydraulic Hopper Wheel Kit • Available for 10" and 12" models of virtually any brand of swing away auger. • Hydraulically driven wheel allows fast and easy movement in both directions. • Wheels are mounted in the proper arc to follow movement of the hopper. • Jack enables aggressive tread pneumatic wheel to carry hopper weight over uneven terrain. • Single wheel is driven only, eliminating additional parts and motor. • Directional valve can be located anywhere on the incline tube and spring returns to neutral when released. • Jack can be wound up and hopper raised into transport position as in normal operation.

	Double Trussing On 62' (18.90m) and larger augers we use double trussing to give extra support.

	Double Flighting We use double flighting on the bottom of the intake flight to increase capacity.

	PTO Drive The constant velocity P.T.O. is built with a heavy-duty shaft for long life. The 50 degree CV adjusts for smooth operation at all auger operating heights.

	Hydraulic Lift The 4" (101.6mm) hydraulic cylinder lift on the undercarriage can easily raise and lower the auger in one minute or less. The cylinder lift system also has a check valve to regulate pressure.

	Vented Gear Box All gear boxes are vented to help relieve pressure on the seals.

	Transport Position The swing away hopper can be on either side of the main auger for transport. The hopper swivels for easy cleanout and to keep moisture from accumulating while in storage.

	Wheels and Hubs All hubs and spindles are grease packed for durability and highway towing speeds.
