Boots
and Unloaders
GSI
offers several quality boot and unloader designs with convenient feed
inspection and maintenance features. |
|

Straight
Drop Boot
GSI manufactures its drop boots from a polypropylene resin blend
containing special chemical ultraviolet light inhibitors and impact
modifiers to further enhance durability and resilience.

30 Degree
Drop Boot
A 30 degree drop boot is also available for rigid augering or
similar inclined feed delivery systems.
Double - Through Unloader Most unloaders are available in single or double outlet models, as well as "through"
& "twin through" models which can be used in tandem
where two tanks are used in line.

Parabolic Boots
GSI's
16" (406mm) parabolic boot (available in straight drop or 30¼
models) is made in our own facility from the very latest in ultra
high impact polypropylene for greater flexibility, dependability
and durability. Most of our competitors still use the older, ABS
plastic, which is stiff, brittle and prone to fracture, cracking
and tear-out, especially where it's attached to steel. It is impossible
for ABS to be UV stabilized, thus creating a built in deterioration
factor over time.

Single
Unloader with optional swing away bottom for 100% clean out.
Feed
Tank Unloaders
Designed
to fit below the 16" (406mm) plastic and 22" (559mm) metal
boots. GSI's standard unloaders are available for 2.2" (55mm),
3" (75mm), 3.5"(90mm) and 5" (125mm) Flex-Flo
or 4" and 6" rigid auger systems. All GSI unloaders have
a slide-gate above the auger to meter feed or serve as a complete
shutoff ... and a convenient, inspection / clean out plate on the
side which is easily removed with two wing nuts.

GSI's Clear Boot
GSI's
clear boot allows producers to verify at a glance that feed is present
in the bin. This boot is injected molded from a specially formulated,
ultraviolet stabilized, clear polycarbonate blend and features a
heavier wall to prevent cracking.

Heavy Duty Metal Boots
Multiple
outlet requirements can be easily handled by our 22" (559 mm)
all metal boot. This
boot, which can be fitted to any GSI feed bin, will allow installation
of up to four feed lines in several directions at once.
