This can lead to poor sidewall quality and delays in construction due to field modifications. GSI's exclusive, roll-forming line is capable of corrugating with complete precision, providing accurate sidewall sheets every time for a tighter fit and increased weather protection.

	2.66" Corrugated Narrow Series Farm Bins Grain Systems "Narrow" series farm bins and grain silos are the original Grain Systems grain bin/silo line. An unstiffened series, this line is a popular choice throughout the United States. With 32"(813 mm) tall sheets it is easy to construct and is produced in three series, the NSL series for general storage and drying, the NHL series for more aggressive drying (and in certain cases the use of multi-auger stirring devices), and the NRL series for use with grain recirculating systems. 4.00" Corrugated Wide Series Farm Bins The GSI "Wide" series farm bins and silos are an unstiffened grain bin series with 44" (1118 mm) tall sheets and is preferred by some customers, especially in smaller diameters. This option also allows you to match up with the appearance and peak heights of other wide corrugation bins you may already have in place. The "Wide" series is produced in three series, the WSL series for general storage and drying, the WHL series for more aggressive drying and in certain cases the use of multi-auger stirring devices, and the WRL series for use with grain recirculating systems. 	High Tensile Steel Sidewall GSI farm bins are constructed using high tensile steel sidewall sheets, up to 65,000 p.s.i. (450 MPa) minimum. A commercial G-90, bright spangle galvanized steel coating increases life and durability. Sheets are attached using grade 5 and 8.2, heavy zinc plated, dichromate coated bolts.

Anchor Brackets GSI farm bins are secured with our heavy duty-J-bolt or U-bolt hold down brackets. These anchor brackets are formed to match the corrugated sidewall sheets and placed outside the bin for easy installation and adjustment. The return flanged bottom ring is roll formed outward, eliminating the need for bolt-on base angles. The rolled lip bottom ring provides a bearing around the bin wall to transfer wall loads evenly to the foundation.
