FactoryTalk ViewPoint requires Microsoft® Silverlight™ to be installed from the Microsoft Web site. This computer is not connected to the Internet. To install Silverlight, do the following:

1. On a computer that is connected to the Internet, open a Web browser and enter www.microsoft.com/silverlight.

2. On the Silverlight home page, click the button, Click to Install.

3. In the File Download – Security Warning dialog box, click Save, and then save Silverlight 3.0.exe to a temporary location on the computer.

4. Move Silverlight 3.0.exe to this computer, and then double-click the file to start installing the software.

You must have sufficient administrative privileges to install Microsoft Silverlight.
If necessary, after the software finishes installing, press F5 to refresh the Web browser.
