direct Gear Drive
The Direct Gear Drive Paddle Sweep fits bins from 15′ to 66′ diameters. The sweep is powered from bin unload, or external motor in some cases. Heavy-duty paddle chain and explosion proof motor. Sweep is designed to be fully submersed in grain and can unbury itself from an avalanche.
Unloads 1,000 to 5,500 BPH
Farm Duty Interceptor
Designed for 15′ to 60′ (4.57-18.29 m) diameter bins with no existing power or screw conveyor unload. Heavy-duty paddle chain and explosion proof motor. Rubber drag helps clean the floor for minimal sweeping. Designed to be fully submersed in grain and can unbury itself from an avalanche. Does not plug or stall when overrunning the sweep.
Unloads 1,000 to 6,000 BPH
Commercial Duty DPS 62
Designed for high capacity systems, GSI’s Commercial Paddle Sweep uses flexible rubber paddles to gently and safely unload 15′ to 105′ (4.57 to 32 m) diameter bins. Support stands allow for minimal entry once the sweep has been started. One 3-phase explosion-proof motor operates sweep. Simplified drive tractors push sweep around the bin. Available with either a pivot pin or collector ring with a start/stop control panel.
Unloads 7,500 to 12,000 BPH
High-Capacity DPS 12K
Designed for bin diameters of 48′ through 135′. Support stands allow for minimal entry once the sweep has started. Simplified drive tractors push sweep around the bin. Collector ring provides constant power to the sweep motor without having to move cords with a start/stop control.
