Functionality comes first when it comes to controls. The Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC Controls communicating with the PanelView operator interface offers an easy-to-read large color graphical touch display that’s located on your dryer or remote with a few wires. You’ll have unmatched options and settings to get the exact performance you’re looking for from your system. These controls are specifically designed for Zimmerman Tower Dryers and allow for seamless integration with other grain system PLC controls, making your day to day easier.
Eliminate over-dried grain and maximize drying efficiency and quality by using a GSI’s patented grain inverter. This system inverts all but the outside two inches of grain promoting higher test weights, maximum grain quality, and reduced fuel usage. The outside 2 inches of wet grain is dried using the heat which would have otherwise escaped the dryer, keeping your operation energy efficient. A convenient clean-out door provides easy, quick maintenance.
Improve your accuracy with the new static moisture sampler. Debris Guards ensure a trash-free sample while a SideKick Auger mixes and delivers a uniform representative sample to the test chamber. Get the most accurate results as the moisture reading used to monitor/calculate discharge grain moisture is only taken while the grain is static and not flowing.

"The safety features on these bins are really nice to have"Mike Lambert - Eastern Grain Marketing, LLC
This facility was built to be a shuttle loader so speed, dependability and a long-term company relationship were crucial. Any company can have speed, but not every company has quality and dependability. You put all this money into a facility like this, and the key is to be able to load trains efficiently from the beginning. We have done that since November 2013. When we did have issues, GSI was there to help.Watch Video
