GSI is excited to announce the launch of our new Dura-Lok FD floor system, bringing enhanced aeration performance, improved bin clean-out, and an optional small grain perforation size to the farm market.

GSI’s Cut-Lok floor employs a traditional 7″ plank width and crowned panel design to provide a cost-effective yet highly capable aeration floor. Lanced perforations provide a 12% open area, ensuring maximum airflow.

A tried-and-true design, GSI’s Grandstand supports are stamped from structural-grade galvanized steel for superior strength and long service life. GSI Grandstand supports are paired with the Cut-Lok floor plank.

Dura-Lok FD floor
Dura-Lok FD features the same high-performance sectional profile as GSI’s existing Dura-Lok HD floor in a 22 ga. material to deliver a cost-effective solution for common on-farm storage bins. The flat-top planks are easy to sweep. Grandstand FD supports exclusively designed to pair with Dura-Lok FD, provide an installer-friendly design.
Dura-Lok FD is available in both standard 0.094” perforation, as well as small grain 0.050” perforation, giving broad applicability for nearly any commodity.

Drawing upon the common design lineage of our standard Grandstand supports, the Grandstand FD has an added notch to support the 3.5″ plank profile of the Dura-Lok FD floor system, in an installer friendly design.

Dura-lok HD Floor
Dura-Lok HD’s galvanized 3.5″ sections and double-plank design create a strong, stable and durable floor. All splices are located under the flat-top floor surface to ensure a smooth top for sweeping. A unique locking system reduces movement.
Dura-Lok HD is available in both standard 0.094” perforation, as well as small grain 0.050” perforation. Available for both full and flush floor applications.

Produced in continuous rail lengths from galvanized coil, the Monorail offers a simple snap-together design that offers extreme strength and pairs with our most capable Dura-Lok HD plank for demanding applications.
