Monitoring
GrainVue provides up-to-date moisture and temperature data, as well as inventory levels. With 24/7 monitoring, producers can receive alerts about the condition of their grain alongside the information they need to correctly set their heaters and fans to keep their grain in ideal condition.
CO2 Detection
Elevated CO2 levels are often an early warning sign of spoilage in the bin. With GrainVue, you get alerted when heightened CO2 levels are detected. So you can take care of potential issues before they become a big problem.
CO2 detection is only an option when combined with a fan control module.

With a connected weather station, you set the parameters and let GrainVue do the rest. Fans automatically turn on and off to maximize the cooling capability, saving time and energy by running only when needed.
Rehydrate
GrainVue and a weather station can automate soybean rehydration by managing fans when the outside relative humidity reaches a set point to pull moist air into the bin until the beans reach the desired moisture level.
Maintain
When sunlight hits a grain bin, it begins to warm up. The significant temperature differential can cause condensation inside bins and lead to spoilage. GrainVue can slowly warm up the grain with automated aeration to keep the grain temperature within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. This is important if you plan to store grain into the summer months.
