Gravity Chute Samplers
These InterSystems samplers collect representative samples from gravity spouts and are designed to require very little space.

Sloped Gravity Chute Samplers
Cross-cut sampler for inclined spouts which can sample free flowing materials including granules, powders & pellets.
The GRES design requires very little space and collects representative samples from sloped gravity chute areas. When activated, a sample cutter pivots through the product stream, sweeping a complete 360-degree arc, collecting a true cross-cut sample. Sample cutter is parked away from the stream of material and is sealed when not sampling.

These samplers collect representative samples for free-flowing materials from microscopic powders to large granules or heavy viscosity liquids with solid suspensions.

Belt End Samplers
Belt End Industrial Samplers are appropriate for collecting samples from a wide range of materials. They sample fines, small or large particles, and also work with abrasive materials. These models provide representative and repeatable samples, employ very simple and reliable operation and use minimum headroom.

Mid-Belt Samplers
For aggregates, coal, limestone, minerals & wood chips.
The RS can be constructed to fit 18” to 60” wide conveying systems. When activated, the rotating scoop, with a built in adjustable and flexible wiper, obtains a sample at predetermined intervals without damaging the belt. The collected mid-belt sample, including fines, is then deposited into a gravity side chute for delivery to an InterSystems collection system. This sampler is fully assembled for ease of installation and meets ASTM D-2234 (Condition “B”.)

Pit Samplers
Samples fines, small or large particles & works with abrasive materials.
These samplers employ very simple and reliable operation and use minimum headroom. Mounting may be in chutes, hoppers, at belt end or head chutes. While fully extended, the sample tube rotates 270 degrees, taking a representative sample through the product stream. The sample tube then retracts out of the product stream, into the sampler housing and deposits the sample into the discharge. The sample tube can be driven pneumatically or hydraulically.

Liquid Samplers
Liquid Industrial Samplers are appropriate for collecting samples from a wide viscosity range of free-flowing materials. They sample liquids in pipelines and tanks, powders, granules, and flakes. These models provide representative and repeatable samples, employ very simple and reliable operation and use minimum headroom.
Hopper Style or Jar Collection
Sample Collection System
With an automated collection system such as InterSystems’ rotating indexing cabinet, you can receive and store samples virtually unattended. An adjustable timer is pre-set to determine the number of samples (or duration) per container. When it is time, the system automatically positions the sealed containers for the next filling. Typical models are 8, 16, 24 and 48 position with 2-quart containers or sample bags. Container size, type and quantity can be varied as required by application.
