Redesigned wind ring and wind ring brackets reduce bolt holes in stiffeners, resulting in increased load capacity. Swaged, bolted splice ensure your 40-Series bins will stand up to the toughest wind conditions. Available on on 30’-60’ diameter bins (14 rings and taller) and all 72’ diameter bins.
GSI’s stiffener profiles and the use of up to 2-gauge material make bins stronger, allowing 40-Series bins to go taller without the extensive use of lamination. Base stiffener boots are powder-coated so they won’t rust over time.
A commercial G-90, galvanized steel coating increases life and durability.
New, larger diameters up to 72’ are available in a 4” corrugation to match your existing bins. If you have limited space available, the 4024 can be built up to 21 rings tall (on 30' diameter bins and larger) so you won’t lose needed capacity with your footprint restriction.

The new 40-Series™ roof panels incorporate a 3” (76.2 mm) tall rib with over and under lap profiles ensuring a precise fit. 3 bend rib profiles are also incorporated in the new design for increased strength to stand up even in the harshest of environments.

"The safety features on these bins are really nice to have"Mike Lambert - Eastern Grain Marketing, LLC
This facility was built to be a shuttle loader so speed, dependability and a long-term company relationship were crucial. Any company can have speed, but not every company has quality and dependability. You put all this money into a facility like this, and the key is to be able to load trains efficiently from the beginning. We have done that since November 2013. When we did have issues, GSI was there to help.Watch Video
